RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY:

  1. Inthiga Fashions ensures all the items are in good quality and condition as well as no compromises in fulfilling customers’ orders before it leaves our premises.
  1. Our return, exchange, and refund policy are only applicable if Inthiga Fashions mistakenly delivered wrong items, defective items, and any damage to the garment.
  1. We will NOT for whatsoever reason entertain refund requests with reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different”, “The size didn’t fit me”..etc. The colour of the material and the pictures shown on our website may have at least 20% differences due to resolution and condition of the picture taken from mobile, camera, lighting, hence it will not be a reason to return, exchange or refund as well.
  1. Customers are advised to refer to the size chart and also recommend that every part of the garment has 1 inch extra / 1 size extra at every part of the garment in case the need for alterations arises, this is because every design has specific cuttings.
  1. Sales / discounted item(s)/ coupons are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  1. The customer is responsible and must report to [email protected] of any wrong item delivered, defect or damage within 2 days upon receiving the item. The Quality Assurance Team will investigate and respond to the customer as soon as possible (a maximum of 5 working days). We are unable to entertain If the defect is reported after 2 days. Upon reaching an agreement with the customer, the item(s) should ship to us by the customer within 24hours/maximum of 48 hours.
  1. The Item(s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and must be in original state with the original tag attached with the packing. If otherwise, the earlier agreement reached with the customer whether return, refund, or exchange is considered void.
  1. Refund and exchange will be processed in 7 working days once the quality assurance team approves the returned item. Inthiga Fashions’ finance department will reach out to the customer once approval is received from the quality assurance team to get the customer’s bank account details to process the refund. Upon completing the payment transfer, the customer will receive a notification via email with the transfer confirmation.
  1. Any order cancellation request after payment will not be entertained.

Inthiga Fashions reserves all the rights to make amendments to this policy without prior notice.
