DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY:

 

Inthiga Fashions is committed to taking delivery and shipping the parcels to customers’ end very carefully and it is also part of our aim to provide the best “Total Customer Purchasing Experience”.

  1. Who are the courier service partner of Inthiga Fashions?

We ship all Malaysian orders through Poslaju and International orders through ARAMEX. We may add more courier services depends on the needs and rates offers by other courier companies and its Inthiga Fashions sole discretions to use whichever courier company to enhance the customer purchasing experience.

 

  1. How much are the shipping fees?

Inthiga Fashions offers free shipping/discounted shipping rate from time to time depending on the promotions to West Malaysia/East Malaysia and other countries.

Non-promotional orders will follow standard shipping fee depends on the weight of the parcel :-

  • Malaysia

    • West: Rm10 for 1KG and below, RM5 for subsequent per KG

    • East: Rm18 for 1KG and below, RM5 for subsequent per KG

    • Free Shipping above RM250

  • USA & Canada:

    • Standard shipping rate is USD25

    • Free Shipping for above USD150 order

  • Australia:

    • Standard shipping rate is AUD25

    • Free Shipping for above AUD150 order

  • Hong Kong:

    • Standard shipping rate is USD25

    • Free Shipping for above USD150 order

  • Brunei :

    • Standard shipping rate is BND35

    • Free Shipping for above BND150 order

  • Singapore:

    • Standard shipping rate is S$15

    • Free Shipping for above S$100 order

The rate might change from time to time depending on the rates imposed by the courier companies and Inthiga Fashions has the right to change it anytime. By signing up an account with Inthiga Fashions the customers agree to this condition automatically.

 

  1. Do Inthiga Fashions deliver to restricted zones and PO boxes?

No, we are not able to. 

 

  1. How long does the delivery take?

Delivery processing starts the next working day after Inthiga Fashions receives full payment successfully from the customers. Upon packing the parcel, it will be

 

MALAYSIA: dropped at Poslaju Collection hub/kiosk – the delivery time starts from this point.

Standard Delivery time by Poslaju as per below:

Major cities : Takes 3-5 working days (West Malaysia)

East Malaysia : Takes 3-8 working days

Outskirt Delivery Areas : may take up to 10 working days

 

Other Countries: collected by ARAMEX/Delivery Services pick up– the delivery time starts from this point.

Major cities : Takes 2-6 working days

Outskirt Delivery Areas : may take up to 10 working days

Due to the huge response, we receive during sale and promotional periods or any pandemic (Coronavirus), there are times where we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during these times, as well as any public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed/restricted by government for whatsoever reason to deliver to your location.

 

  1. How can I track my delivery status?

Please refer to this site and enter your tracking number in the search box to start tracking your order.

  1. What will happen if no one is around to collect the parcel?

The courier company will attempt to deliver the parcel once, then the parcel will return to Inthiga Fashions as undelivered. To repost the parcel, the cost of the courier fee will be bear by the customer, the same rule applies to “free shipping” promos.

 

  1. Is self-pick-up allowed?

No.

 

  1. Can I ask for urgent delivery?

Customers are advised to plan their purchase and by signing up/purchasing from Inthiga Fashions, they agree to the delivery time stated in point no.4. Please be advised that Inthiga Fashions will do to the best of our ability to courier out the parcel as soon as we could.

 

  1. Can I change the shipping address after order confirmation?

No, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct as per their preference.

 

  1. What if the parcel delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e Natural calamity, during the pandemic, temporary restriction/emergency declared area, strikes?

Inthiga Fashions is not responsible/ shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expense arising out of late delivery in any unforeseen circumstances, customers advised to track the status from the given link and allow additional time for the delivery to happen.

 

  1. Is my parcel insured?

Only for Malaysian customer orders, every parcel is insured and the cost is bear by Inthiga Fashions, we purchase the insurance from Poslaju. However, the protection is to safeguard Inthiga Fashions’ best interest. The benefit of having insurance is that all Inthiga Fashions are classified as a priority rather than common Poslaju parcels.

 

  1. Tax and Duties

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will receive a store credit for the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges and taxes incurred by us from the shipping company.
